Alix of Bohemia

A well-traveled collection of vintage textiles and the spontaneous purchase of a sewing machine led to Alix Verley Pietrafesa making garments during her art history studies in Scotland. Alix learned her craft by making over 2,500 bespoke one-of-a-kind pieces. Staying true to her hand-focused approach, today Alix works with artisans to create hand embroidered, hand woven, hand quilted, and hand printed pieces. The collections are designed at Alix of Bohemia's New York studio using only natural fibers.
