Shipping & returns
Over the Top Boutique charges a flat fee of $15 to ship via UPS or USPS to anywhere within the Continental United States and Puerto Rico (all states except Alaska and Hawaii).
If you live close to our Highland Park location you may opt for pick up or call us and we can deliver to you.
To ship to other locations, please contact us via email at [email protected] or by calling Over the Top during regular business hours (Mon-Friday 10-5pm Saturday 11-4pm CST) at 847-433-3150. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Over the Top Boutique wants you to be happy with your purchase. Returns of full-priced items may be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase for a refund back to original payment method. After 7 days, returns of clothing may be made for store credit only. Returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Handbags and all Accessories including scarves, gloves, hats and Jewelry are not returnable. Final Sale only.
Discounted items are returnable for store credit only. Any item that is discounted 30% or more, or is marked FINAL SALE is not returnable.
Please email us at [email protected] to begin the return process. This request must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase to qualify for a refund.
Over the Top Boutique cannot accept a return of any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or missing original tags. Any item received by a customer that is damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
Returned purchases that qualified for free shipping will be refunded the full amount due less $15.
Over the Top is not responsible for packages that are shipped without a signature requirement.
Over the Top does not refund purchases made in the store. Purchases made in the store will receive a store credit upon return.
